Design Strategy for Brand: Eileen Fisher by IDEO


IDEO known for their immersive human-centered, design based approach tackled this client by spending time with the desired target market. What I find interesting though is that they presented insights and findings back to client in two short films. Film is emotive, powerpoint not so much. By appealing to designers emotions they unlocked inspiration and creativity. Really worth a watch.
